Amber Grid AB is selling unused insulated steel pipes by invitation to tender and invites potential buyers to submit Tenders for the purchase of the Goods.

Documents required for the sale:

1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale of AB Amber Grid
2. Special Terms of Sale for Insulated Steel Pipes
3. Annex 1. List of goods with initial selling prices and technical specification
4. Annex 2. Tender form
5. Draft Purchase and Sale Contract

The Purchaser must send the Tender by e-mail to tvs@ambergrid.lt by 12:00 until 2023-12-31. In the subject line of the email (“Subject”) the following shall be indicated: “For the Sale of Insulated Pipes by Inquiry".

Tenders are checked every Monday. If a tender is received during the last week and meets the requirements set out in the Conditions of Sale, the tender will be declared successful and the List of Goods will be updated by removing the Goods in preparation for sale.
