Securities Accounting and Dividend Payment Procedure
Amber Grid has entered into an agreement with SEB bank regarding the accounting of securities issued by the Company, the administration of individual securities accounts, the payment of dividends to minority shareholders, as well as the provision of other related services.
Amber Grid shareholders entitled to receive approved dividends should contact SEB bank. Shareholders, upon presenting valid personal identification document, must provide the bank with the details of the bank account to which the dividends are to be transferred .
