It’s important to EPSO-G Group that you feel safe and are able to report any inappropriate behavior by employees or partners. That’s why we have a Trust Line – an opportunity to report possible violations anonymously and confidentially, helping to prevent and expose violations.
What kind of information can you report?
You can report if you see or suspect:
- corruption, bribery, fraud, or other dishonest behavior
- violations of procurement, data protection, asset use, or other rules
- harassment, violence, discrimination, or other inappropriate behavior
- violations of employee safety, health, or environmental requirements
- unethical behavior by partners
- violations of the security or use of artificial intelligence systems.
If you are unsure whether a situation constitutes a violation, it is better to report it, and we will evaluate it.

How will reports be handled?
- your report will be treated confidentially
- it will only be reviewed by authorized specialists
- we will usually respond within 30 days.
If the report is anonymous, we will not be able to respond, but it will still be evaluated.
