At the beginning of 2025, the Amber Grid Board approved the company’s long-term strategy until 2035.
In the Amber Grid strategy, together with the companies of the EPSO-G Group, a shared group mission has been defined — to accelerate energy independence and enhance system security; and a vision — to enable the transformation of the energy industry while simultaneously safeguarding national security interests. To achieve strategic changes and goals, various enabling measures will be applied: financing, innovation and digitalisation, partnerships, asset development and management, as well as improvements in supply chains and procurement processes.
We have established target outcomes and strategic indicators in the strategy. We continuously prepare and update the long-term strategic activity plan, in which we outline the objectives, measures, and strategic performance indicators that will guide the implementation of the strategy.
The company’s objectives are identical to those of the CEO. Each year, the Company’s Board evaluates the achievement of these objectives. The result of this evaluation is one of the components taken into account when determining the annual financial incentive for the CEO, as well as for other employees of the Company.
