Gas transmission system operators (TSOs) of the Baltic-Finnish region - AB Amber Grid, Conexus Baltic Grid AS, Elering AS, and Gasgrid Finland Oy - together with LNG terminal operators AB KN Energies and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy (LTOs), have prepared the Consolidated Maintenance Works Plan for the Baltic-Finnish region.
This plan covers the period from January to December 2027 and includes planned maintenance works for gas transmission systems, LNG terminals, and Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage, as well as outlines the capacities available to market participants.
You can access the document reflecting the situation as of June 12, 2026 at the following link.
Please note that the capacity direction (entry/exit) specified in the document is presented from the perspective of the TSO or LTO performing the relevant maintenance or repair works. For example, defect elimination in the Riga–Panevėžys gas pipeline, carried out by Conexus Baltic Grid, limits the entry capacity at Kiemėnai from the Conexus Baltic Grid perspective (LT->LV). Consequently, this also limits the exit direction capacity from the Amber Grid perspective (LT->LV).
Any updates to the Consolidated Maintenance Works Plan made after 12 June 2026 will first be published as Urgent Market Messages (UMMs).
