Amber Grid, a company owned by EPSO-G – the state-owned energy transmission and exchange group of companies, has announced an open selection process of a new chief cxecutive officer. The deadline for submission of applications is February 16.

The Remuneration and Appointment Committee of EPSO-G will assist the Board of Amber Grid in the selection process of candidates in the public competition. The majority of the Committee members are independent members. To ensure the best possible result, the Committee will be assisted by the Lithuanian branch of the international placement company Aims International.
After the two stages of the selection procedure and the screening of candidates, and pursuant to the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Objects of Importance to Ensuring National Security and the Law on Corruption Prevention, the Committee will submit its opinion to the Board of Amber Grid regarding the candidate to the position of the company’s chief executive officer.
It is planned that the Board of Amber Grid will select the chief executive officer in the second half of April.
